Three Sixty St. Louis (1 South Broadway; 314-241-8439 or www.360-stl.com) is taking full advantage of the relatively toasty temperatures, reopening its 2,000 square foot outdoor bar for a Chilled & Distilled Parka Party this evening from 8 p.m.-1 a.m. Admission is free, leaving extra cash for an adult snow cone or frozen cocktail from one of the chiseled ice bars.
