The winter blues are easily cured if you simply trick your brain into thinking it's summertime. For those who can't afford a tropical vacation and don't wish to subject their bodies to artificial UV rays, there's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Lindenwood University's Theatre Department presents a production of Shakespeare's beloved play, which not only takes place in the summertime, but is packed with all the frolicking and lust that naturally comes with rising temperatures. Performances take place at Lindenwood University's J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts (2300 West Clay Sreet, St. Charles, Missouri) from Wednesday, February 1 through Saturday, February 4 at 8 p.m., and on Sunday, February 5 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10.
