Wife and I fell into Hooked. We were the only patrons. C-chowder was bland, all cream, few clams and sent it back 3 times because it was hardly lukewarm. I had portabella salad with big hunks of buffalo mozzerella--good, but not noteworthy. Wife had scallops--large, tender, but not tasty. Fried clam strips were tiny overly breaded dots--tough and hardly appealing. Server/manager was a nice guy who excused the quality by saying the cook was Vietnamese.
