There's an art to successful Greek Festivalattendance, but developing your personal game plan comes with time and years of experience. For those who don't have an established strategy as yet, don't panic. The best advice we can share is to come hungry for lunch and stay all day. Just about every Greek dish imaginable is lovingly served up all weekend in and around St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (4967 Forest Park Avenue; www.sngoc.org). Get ready to wait in line, but don't dread it -- it's typically just long enough to fully prepare for the deliciousness. Plus, there's much neighborly love, festive music, Greek dancing, church tours and more to round out your experience. The fest runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday (September 1 through 3); admission is free, but food and drink aren't.
