Yessiree, kids back in the '90s — the 1890s -- had some issues. In Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater's electric musical Spring Awakening, it's only a matter of time until the kids figure it all out for themselves, but mistakes are definitely made along the way. Stray Dog Theatre presents Spring Awakening at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday (October 4 through 20) at the Tower Grove Abbey (2336 Tennessee Avenue; 314-865-1995 or www.straydogtheatre.org), with an additional 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, October 20. Tickets are $18 to $20.
