More About

The legend of John Belushi (and the apparent talentless nature of his brother Jim) have partially obscured just how funny he could be. John Belushi could make you laugh just by arching one eyebrow and cocking his head -- and no one could go from silent and still to screaming and active quite so uproariously as he. Tonight at 8 p.m., Super-8 Movie Madness celebrates the life of the best Belushi brother with supercuts of three of his finest movies at the Way Out Club (2525 South Jefferson Avenue; 314-664-7638). Animal House, The Blues Brothers and 1941 (Steven Spielberg's best film ever) are projected in extended 35-minute-long, Super-8 versions, followed by a selection of standard-length (about 15 minutes) Super-8 films that don't star Belushi. Admission is $3.
