Founded
in May 1996, when Dan and Pamela Graham purchased the former Kirkwood
Loop Lounge which had continually operated for more than 60 years
in the site of what is now Graham's Grill and Bayou Bar.
The
Grill Room dining room opened in August that year after extensive
renovations. Much of the decor of Graham's Grill and Bayou Bar
are souvenirs from vacations to the Caribbean, New Orleans, Mexico,
San Diego, Florida, and Minnesota.
