One the one hand, if you're a fan of the iced tea with sweetened condensed milk served in many Thai restaurants, you'll probably like this stuff just for the liquid. But the real fun of the "pearl tea" at Little Saigon is sucking the glistening black tapioca spheres that give the drink its name through a large-gauge straw and then chewing them like chilled Jujubes.
