As you'd expect from the folks who brought you Tony's, the most acclaimed restaurant in St. Louis, lunch at Anthony's Bar, a sleekly modern cube across the lobby of the Equitable Building from Tony's, is a cut above. And you have to see what they do with something as basic as a fish sandwich. The catch of the day is breaded ever so lightly and served on a toasted bun, resulting in a sandwich they'd be proud to lay claim to in a seafaring town like Boston, let alone our landlocked little burg.
