Best Mussels St. Louis 2001 - Zinnia

The Belgians supposedly have the best mussel recipes, but don't tell that to David Guempel, chef at "the purple gem of Webster Groves." His "mussels Zinnia," featuring a subtly sweet and herbed honey-dill sauce, are quite simply the crown jewels of moules.
