Harry's
The view (overlooking Union Station, with a panorama of the downtown-St. Louis skyline), would be in and of itself sufficient reason to sit on the recently expanded deck at Harry's. Luckily, the food -- marvelous chilled soups, perfect for warmer weather, along with innovative pastas and entrées, as well as "smokehouse" items -- is pretty much just as spectacular as the view.
