There are two kinds of people in this world: those who like pineapple-and-ham pizza and those who are pitied by the first group. Granted, the idea of eating pizza with pineapple on it sounds a little funky -- until you try it. Once you do, the gates of understanding open and the pizza-delivery vehicle drives straight through to the brain's pleasure center. Over at Cicero's, the Hawaii Five-O does it one better. With the addition of hot cream cheese (!) to the mix, the chewy texture of the pizza becomes even more interesting and the subham ingredients take on the consistency of ricotta. (They take the same consistency on your thighs and ass.) The pineapple, ham and cream cheese somehow match with the mozzarella and tomato sauce for a pizza that renders the competition average. Book 'em, Dano.
