Best Seafood Appetizer St. Louis 2002 - Seasoned Deep-Fried Lobster Tail, Kirk's American Bistro & Restaurant

The ultimate appetizer, by St. Louis standards, should be deep-fried. How about a seasoned deep-fried lobster tail? The chef at Kirk's is attuned to his customers' palates, changing the menu on a regular basis to add, subtract, cook to order and basically do what it takes to create unique appetizers. Check out Kirk's perfect spicy egg rolls and brilliantly imagined and executed soups. The latest menu offers said fried lobster, the posterior of a moist crustacean, sliced into bite-size chunks and presented with several sauces. Kirk's is located on the site of the former Piece Arrow Automobile Company assembly in the CWE; the building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
