Fred Friction
There's an old army rule that states that the person in charge of packing the parachutes has to jump out of planes on a regular basis. If we make this a metaphor for bartending, then Fred Friction is a Green Beret. He may not have the deftest hand at mixing a Cosmopolitan, but hey, there are bras hanging from the ceiling in here. And we're drinking, so don't pester us with your frou-frou requests. Fred pours 'em strong and serves 'em with a complicit smile so happy you wonder which one of you is working.
