Dollar stores are a dime a dozen. But Deal$ lives up to its name. For starters, everything inside Deal$ actually costs a dollar. Parents shopping for kids' birthday parties know the value of Deal$. You can pick up a secret spy kit, a package of squirt guns and a cool pair of sunglasses for a buck apiece. Sure, everything's made in China and will break in a week, but by then the kids will have lost it anyway. Pick up a gift bag and a card (another two bucks) and you're good to go. While you're at it, treat yourself to a candle and some bubble bath (all right, another couple of bucks). With all the money you saved, you can buy yourself a nice bottle of wine and relax.
