Theirs is a charred six-ounce fillet of genuine wild salmon, draped in a flavorful pesto mayo, crowned with cool and creamy avocado slices and served on a soft, scrumptious bun. You can add bacon to the mix if you like, but we don't. Price: an eminently modest $8.95.
