Nectar
Nectar, which hosted some of the summer's hottest parties in advance of the club's official opening, rose like a budding flower from the Rocket Bar's remains. Unfortunately, the new hotspot had to do a mini repeat performance after a small fire in late August, but things are OK now (Nectar only had to close for one night because of the incident). Lucky for us, the warm-hued honey of a bar continues to blossom with offerings like fresh-fruit mixers for its cocktails -- and we don't just mean OJ. Plus, the lounge also has a pastry chef: Talk about sweet!
