And we think it sits perfectly when it's melted atop Joe Boccardi's Special Original pizza. Joined with onion, green pepper, mushroom, pepperoni and hamburger, Provel is the glue (yes, some would say literally) that holds this St. Louis favorite together. If you're not proud to be a St. Louisan, you can order this local delicacy with mozzarella, but that would be like going to Rome and looking for a Starbucks.
