She has the deep intuition and strength of a great teacher, and her no-nonsense style is full of humor. A class with Chris or any of the other teachers at YogaSource is a perfect fit for the total beginner, expectant mother or type-A hot yoga fanatic. There are two studios (one is kept at a warmer temperature for those sweat-inducing Power Vinyasa classes), as well as private massage rooms and a full-service retail store for all of your yoga accessory needs.
