Best Lawyer St. Louis 2006 - Paul D'Agrosa

Clayton-based criminal defense attorney Paul D'Agrosa works at the municipal, state and federal levels in Missouri and Illinois, representing all walks of life and garnering a headline here and there. In 2004 he got KMOX (1120 AM) radio personality John Carney a year's probation for a DUI and a leaving-the-scene-of-an-accident. Last year D'Agrosa got a 27-year-old Oakville High School science teacher and coach five years' probation on eight counts of statutory sodomy and one count of statutory rape in a case involving three teenage girls. (The teacher faced life in prison.) D'Agrosa recently took on four former St. Louis County Sheriff's Office deputies facing charges of taking bribes. And in a case that has already generated significant national attention, he's representing DME Global Marketing & Fulfillment, a company that did business with BetOnSports, the offshore online gambling company recently indicted in U.S. District Court. What's more, cops and prosecutors sing the praises of the prot?g? of the legendary Don Wolff.
