Best Place to Play Darts St. Louis 2006 - Blueberry Hill
Darts at Blueberry Hill is a no-brainer. One night long ago, we happened into a south-city dive that timelessness forgot. Meaning: Though the place was run-down and weathered (which can make for a fantastic watering hole), the owners of this one had decided to spruce things up in all the wrong wayswith an Internet jukebox and three arcade-size electronic dart boards. Not only did this make for ugly and crass d?cor, but because the dart boards were crowded in here and there, in close proximity to tables, it made getting up from one's seat feel like a bizarro game of Pitfall. Until that evening, we'd never fully realized just what a lovely thing Blueberry Hill's dart room is. Old-fashioned bristle boards, with scratched-up chalkboards hung to the side of each for scoring, positioned far from tables so as to avoid the threat of head trauma. Like we said: Darts at Blueberry Hill is a no-brainer.
