Randal Falker

An all-state hoopster during his days at Gateway Tech, Randal Falker has continued his dominant play for the Salukis of Southern Illinois University Carbondale. As a sophomore Falker's explosive rebounding and shot-blocking won him MVP honors at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament. Then as a junior last season, the 6-foot-7-inch forward averaged 12.3 points and 7.7 rebounds per game for the Salukis. Falker led the league in blocked shots and helped SIU advance to the Sweet 16 round of the NCAA basketball tournament. This past summer Falker garnered further honors when he was one of only 30 collegiate players invited to try out for the USA Basketball Men's Pan American Games squad.

Great Choice. If any of you St. Louisans haven't yet seen Mr. Falker on the court, you're missing quite a treat. He's the best player on the best college basketball tean in this region!Go Dawgs!
