How do you know you're at a good dim sum restaurant? Keep track of how many times you say, "No, thank you," as the carts roll past. By that accounting, Wonton King is one great dim sum restaurant: You might not speak those words until you're ready to burst — even then the temptation to try just one more dumpling will be strong. As the name may suggest, anything tucked inside won tons is sure to please, from fried dumplings stuffed with pork to steamed dumplings with a mild, delicious mix of shrimp and leeks to thick dumplings filled with shrimp paste. Don't hesitate to try chicken feet — there's a reason these have a place at any dim sum joint worth its name — and don't turn down the sweet stuff (or put it off till the end). Remember: When in doubt, just say yes. And remember, too: Wonton King serves dim sum from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. only. Otherwise, it will be the servers telling you "no."
