Whatever the particulars, you can rest assured that dinner at Lucas Park Grille will feature entertainment, and that most of the cast will be young, beautiful and dressed to kill. Fortunately, dinner here is more than a mere sideshow. Chef Jason Bayle offers a menu that is both strikingly creative and heartily satisfying: Maybe he'll dazzle you with the unlikely pairing of foie gras and a marshmallow; maybe he'll offer you the hearty satisfaction of a saddle of venison or American Wagyu beef. Either way, you're likely to want an encore.
