But if Jackie waits on you at Trattoria Toscana, she just might hand you a business card with her name embossed below the restaurant's. "Ask for me the next time you're here." You will, too. She handled your meal with such aplomb, such efficiency, that you might not even have noticed her had she not said quietly, but with conviction, "Everything here is made from scratch" each time she set down a plate. Chef Kostandin "Tika" Ceko's cousin Alban Ziu will greet you warmly at the door, and the chef himself will likely say hello as you reluctantly depart.
