Here they enjoy an appetizer of three oversize ravioli stuffed with wild mushrooms, spinach and Boursin cheese, sprinkled with grated Parmesan and served with marinara sauce for dipping. The ravioli are cooked to perfection, and the filling is the perfect blend of meaty and tangy. When archaeologists stumble across one in the year 77,007, they won't have a clue what they're looking at.
