Uncle Sam's
It seemed narrow-minded, in our survey of gun shops in the St. Louis metropolitan area, to concentrate only on guns that fire bullets. The world is full of so many other kinds of guns — guns that don't kill but merely injure your enemies, maim them, stop them in their tracks, intimidate them, douse them with water, turn them different colors and (possibly) put their eyes out. (For a thorough debate over the eye-removing abilities of the air rifle, see the classic film A Christmas Story.) Well, Uncle Sam's stocks 'em all. For those who prefer more classic weaponry, Uncle Sam's sells knives, swords, bows and arrows and ninja throwing stars exactly like the ones deployed by our lovely black belts in this issue. Yeah, that's right: Uncle Sam's outfits RFT. Make of that what you will.
