The store offers traditional smoothies made from frozen yogurt, power shakes fueled with skim milk and mellow green-tea blends that provide a subtle kick of caffeine. Washington Ave Post makes its fruit purées on-site, with flavors including raspberry, blueberry, orange juice, blueberry and banana. Not interested in a smoothie? The store also makes decadent ice-cream milkshakes using many of the same ingredients.
I had smoothies there a few weeks ago. I would not agree that they are "the best" smoothie in st. louis. St. Louis Smoothie in Ladue has far and away the best smoothies in town. I have been a regular customer there now for 10 years, and the amount of fresh fruit they add to every smoothie is amazing. Give them a try!!!
