Some might say the Bayocs, owners of SweetArt, cheated to win this category. They didn't need to hire consultants or pay an artist to decorate the walls. SweetArt is a combination café and art studio, and all of the walls feature artwork from co-owner and local artist Cbabi Bayoc. If having one of his wife's (Reine's) homemade cookies or cupcakes doesn't make you smile, the priceless expressions on the figures in Cbabi's paintings surely will. The bright paint on the walls and the bath of sunlight that shines in the big windows don't hurt, either. The only danger is that you might end up walking out with a piece of art along with your piece of cake.
