The Family Dollar store at the corner of McCausland and Manchester avenues doesn't feel like a dollar store at all. How so? The place is eat-off-the-floor clean and better organized than a library. It's also chock-full of name-brand items you wouldn't expect to find at a dollar store. Dove and Oil of Olay soap? Check. Yummy-smelling Herbal Essences shampoo? Got it. Degree and Secret deodorant? Yup. This location is a boon for parents, too — there's a wall overflowing with diapers and a high-quality toy section.
