The venerable Rolling Ridge Nursery turned 50 years old this year. Housed in an architecturally stunning building that once was an old stable, this greenhouse and nursery is as aesthetically pleasing as it is comprehensive. The store is broken into four main sections. There's the tree lot out back, hedges and landscaping bushes along the side of the store, a greenhouse in the center and a hardware/gift store located beneath the oak timbers of the stable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all your gardening needs, so don't be afraid to ask for help and suggestions. Oh, and come the winter holidays, Rolling Ridge transitions into a Christmas store stuffed with live trees, holly and handmade wreaths.
