Raechel (yes, that's Raechel — as in Rachel plus Raquel) Holtgrave graduated from the University of Missouri in May with majors in math and actuarial science. But instead of landing a job with an insurance firm or some other corporation, Holtgrave will spend the next year serving as Hooters' official spokeswoman. That's because in June the 23-year-old Highland, Illinois, native bested 132 fellow candidates and was named Miss Hooters International 2009. The title earned the blonde bombshell — who worked her way through college at a Columbia, Missouri, Hooters — a $50,000 check and a year's worth of work representing the chain's more than 450 restaurants around the world. Prudently, Holtgrave says she'll use the money to pay off some loans and perhaps buy a new TV or bed.
