Yay Local Harvest!! I had the fortune to have breakfast, lunch, coffee and a dinner there when I was in St. Louis last year. I couldn't believe how good the food was, how comfortable the atmosphere was, how friendly the people who work there were, and how reasonable the prices. In no way does my neighborhood here have anything even close to the quality of this restaurant. I always check back with the Riverfront Times to see what they recommend in the St. Louis area, and I'm really glad this restaurant is receiving the recognition I think it deserves. Apparently I'm not the only one who fell in love with this gem of a cafe. When I come back, I'm definitely going to go there again. It's just the icing on the cake that they are also committed to serving locally raised foods!!
