Welcome to SkyTerrace, the patio at Cielo. Your table is right this way, facing the Arch. We think you'll have a most pleasant evening, beginning with our Parmesan crisps and fresh-baked bread, served with olive oil and a little sun-dried tomato. What's that, you like the soft music? Mmm-hmm, just a little something to put you in the mood, a little lounge-y — not too much oontz-oontz. We happily recommend the lobster-carrot soup to start, and the Berkshire pork chop as an entrée is out of this world. Before dessert you'll be treated to some house-made pétits-fours — a dainty banana-cream tart with meringue, say, or peanut-butter fudge kissed with dark chocolate. Yes, we have our own pastry chef — such a rarity these days, we know! Hmm? No, no, it isn't the prosecco, dear, the Arch always shimmers like that under its spotlights at this hour.
