In true democratic spirit, Rooster offers you no less than eleven choices of bloody mary! Sorry. That may be a lot to absorb for someone who actually needs a bloody mary. We'll softly explain. Each drink starts out with the unique house blend: a concoction of tomato juice, two kinds of hot sauce, Worcestershire, A.1. and seventeen different spices. From there, just decide what tickles your fancy. The "bloody bull," for example, comes robust with beef broth. The "bloody caesar" contains Clamato, or a tomato/clam juice mixture. The most popular options are the "bloody boleyn" (finished with Champagne) and the "bloody samurai" (finished with wasabi, soy sauce and sake). Hey — you suddenly look flush with health!
