Let's get one thing out of the way: You do not shop at City Sprouts if you've just had a baby and you need to stock up on essentials. You will not find formula here, or piles of plastic diapers, or such boring-but-necessary items as cheap onesies or baby powder. Instead, you come to City Sprouts if you're that cool aunt or childless best friend. You come here if you believe that having a baby is no excuse to eschew style — and that kids shouldn't be doomed to pink and blue crap just because they have a gender. We've used City Sprouts for baby shower after baby shower, and by now, our amazing gift selections have developed a buzz. Where, ask our fellow showerers, do we find such adorable Small Paul T-shirts? Such darling sleepers in such stylish adult colors? Where do we get such fun kiddie games, such adorable little backpacks, such hilarious parenting books? We're too proud to admit we got every last item at a single store — we don't want anyone to think we're blasé about their precious new additions! Please don't tell the momzillas; we're hoping this can be our little secret.
