Capone Would love to open for Metal Studz but would they like to follow Capone's performance LOL Look the Studz are a great band they are the steel panther of st. louis and CAPONE is THE REAL DEAL in your face ROCK-N-ROLL No gimmicks real hair and real tattoo's...... But let me just say this I personally like the studz and I can't wait to see them with their new singer MR. Todd Barnes..... Why can't both bands come together and just rock..........
Best Cover Band St. Louis 2011 - Capone
It takes some serious cojones to take on a part-time job (and full-time hobby) with the sole purpose of reviving '80s hair metal. It would appear, then, that Capone is ballsy. The tribute band goes all out in its almost Spinal Tap-like quest to introduce audiences to the full hair metal experience: Mötley Crüe, Warrant, Poison and Ratt all make appearances on a setlist devoted to girls, girls, girls and hairspray, hairspray, hairspray. If you can take your eyes away from the band members' pipe-cleaner-tight pants, you'll find that the cheese factor of the show is nestled comfortably below an aggressive light show, minor mayhem, generous tattoos and some genuine entertainment.
Sounds like sour grapes Will. Those boys have worked really hard to get where they are and they deserve this and so much more! You must not be a true fan of 80s Rock or else you would be singing a different tune. And yes Capone will open for any of these nay-saying bands and will blow them out of the water. I guarantee they won't want Capone to open for them again and they sure as hell wouldn't want to follow Capone's act.
ITs about time, Timmy and the boys been playing hard for couple of yrs and finally they get the credit they deserve
Are you kidding? The description sounds just like the far far more successful 80's hairband "Metal StudZ". RFT Best Of is a SCAM!
And you too Brett. Are you jealous? I bet you are in a band that can't hold a candle to Capone's performances. They put on just as good of a show (and even better) than some of the national acts I've paid to see and Capone sounds a lot better live than several of those national acts too.
