Responsible for more concert and album reviews, photos and interviews than pretty much any other media outlet in St. Louis, KDHX (88.1 FM)'s blog nevertheless draws us back day after day not for its comprehensiveness but for its energy. The volunteers who write and shoot for the blog have a genuine love for music that is impossible to mistake. There aren't many frills or wild executions, but as a chronicle of music in St. Louis, it's a tough destination to top. The voices are varied and ever changing, yet the overall feeling is that this is the sort of blog you'd like to have a drink with at a show, were that sort of thing possible.

You've got that right! I get an extra special buzz of excitement reading the reviews by KDHX's volunteer review writter, Joe. I can not put my finger on it, but he has an unusual talent for writting by putting an unusual, quirky spin on things! Looking forward to more reviews! Cheers!
