Mark Bittman Is Blogging

The New York Times has launched Bitten, a new food blog written by Mark Bittman. Bittman writes "The Minimalist" column for the Times' weekly dining section and has written or co-written numerous cookbooks, including How to Cook Everything and How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. Go check it out.
