OK, the bad news is that Gut Check is a week late with this news. (Our inbox is overstuffed. Mea culpa.)

The good news is that you still have just over three weeks to enjoy one of the best dining deals in town, a four-course meal (soup or salad, appetizer, entrée and dessert) for $25 at all four of the restaurants owned by chef Jim Fiala: The Crossing, Liluma, Acero and The Terrace View.

The event is a celebration of the Crossing's twelfth anniversary and Acero's third. Perhaps most alluringly, it's also a celebration of the first spring for the Terrace View and the sculpture park in which its located, the totally awesome Citygarden.

Never enjoyed the cooking of Fiala and his able lieutenants? What's wrong with you? Now's your chance! Seriously, folks, this is one of the best deals going in St. Louis.
