The best restaurant in the world for 2010 has been announced, and it's Noma in Copenhagen. The Guardian reports on the restaurant's upset of El Bulli, the winner for the past four years and the return of rustic over modernism.

Tweezers: they're not just for splinters and unwanted facial hair anymore! The New York Times examines the popularity of tweezers in high-end restaurant kitchens to aid in intricate preparations, complete with video.

A tale of two restaurants in Somerville, Massachusetts, turns ugly. NECN reports that the owners of two locally-owned cafes have feuded to the point of taking to the street with one owner allegedly spitting in the other's face, punches, the luring away of a prized chef, and now, a court battle. As for customers? They're amused.
