and The Best Recipes in the World
Bittman's last book was Food Matters: A Guide to Conscious Eating
, and his St. Louis appearance is in support of the follow-up, The Food Matters Cookbook: 500 Recipes for Conscious Eating
The event, which will feature an on-stage interview by Charlie Brennan of KMOX, is free.
