In case you didn't know, the Cardinals' opening day is sort of a big deal. Folks skip work, camp out for tickets and tailgate a whole lot harder than usual.

This year, aside from the smaller celebrations taking place all over St. Louis County (and beyond), Hardee's is hosting the Official Opening Day Party Zone downtown. The event will take place in the parking lot directly across from Busch Stadium from 11 a.m-2 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 and will include:

· Music by local band, Trixie Delight

· Free photo booth

· Prizes and giveaways, including Opening Day tickets

· Guest appearances by Happy Star, Fredbird and Cardinal alumni

· Hardee's Mobile Diner will be on-site selling a 1/3 lb. Cheeseburger combo that includes a free Opening Day T-Shirt (while supplies last)

If you simply can't wait to enter the Party Zone, we've got you covered. You can win one of six size XL Hardee's Opening Day shirts and a pair of RFT shades -- just add pants, and you're set.

To enter: send an e-mail to chrissy.wilmes@riverfronttimes.com and name an at-bat song that we mention Albert Pujols using (or one that Kholood Eid recommended he use) in this week's baseball issue or on the A to Z blog.

Winners must be able to retrieve their prizes at the RFT offices (6358 Delmar).

Update: (Wednesday, 3.30, 4:10 p.m.) Congrats to readers Colette, Carol, Kristi, Steve, Chad and Donna who all correctly named "Paper Planes" by M.I.A. and/or "Go Buck" by Flame ("Money" by Pink Floyd would also have been accepted).
