It was a delicious week here at Gut Check International HQ. We were busy eating the grilled cheese at Half & Half, the beef spedini at Ricardo's Italian Cafe and enjoying some vino during Copia Urban Winery's Happy Hour.
What else did we do this week?
Ian reviewed the Mud House.
We continued the countdown of our favorite dishes with City Coffeehouse & Crêperie's Nutella-banana crêpe, the Legend Club at LeGrand's Market & Catering, the seafood-stuffed mushrooms at Zia's and the Lone Wolf combo at the Wolf Public House.
We found out the Del Taco on Grand might have a date with a wrecking ball.
We gave Shameless Grounds a first look.
We caught up with Truffles chef John Griffiths, and he shared his recipe for Olive Oil Shortcake.
One of our interns took the eating challenge at Pearl Cafe -- and things got a little heated.
