Today's comment of the day comes in response to a post about the frustration of being served inferior tomatoes in peak tomato season.

No they shouldn't [serve inferior tomatoes], but as a moderestly-priced establishment, they have to do what they can. I would imagine people would compain a lot more if they were served no tomatoes in their salad than if they were served inferior ones. (assuming there weren't any better specimens in the kitchen)
