. Unsurprisingly, then, sushi rolls are the focus of Chop Shop's menu, which is also posted on its Facebook page.
The rolls are divided into "Big Fat Sushi Rolls," like the "Low Rider" with spicy snow crab, cucumber, tempura suzuki, avocados, jalapeño and chile aioli, and "Deconstructed Rolls," like the "Caddy," sushi rice topped with yellowfin tuna, spring onion, kaiware sprout, masago, avocado, ponzu sauce and truffle-chive oil.
