Saturday (December 10):

Holiday Open House @ Downtown Dutchtown Dutchtown merchants offer special deals on food, clothing, antiques, candy and more. Stop by Maude's Market for cookies and hot apple cider, shop for art and crafts and Urban Eats Café, and enter a contest for a chance to win a $50 cash prize. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lunch with Santa @ PW Pizza Santa will be on hand to keep customers company during lunchtime. Grab a pizza, calzone or sandwich and snap a photo with jolly old St. Nick himself. 12 to 3 p.m.

Missouri Moonshine Release Party @ Crown Valley Winery Celebrate the first release of Crown Valley Missouri Moonshine with a hoe down featuring live music, food and, of course, fresh brews. Corn cob pipes come optionally. The cost is $10 per plate of food and $5 per moonshine tasting, with only 1,800 bottles available. Get 'em while they last! Say Cheese Wine Trail @ Hermann Wine Trail Sample wine and cheese pairings at seven wineries including OakGlenn and Hermannhof wineries along 20 scene miles of the Hermann Wine Trail. Turned Pepper/Salt Mill Making Class @ Kranzberg Arts Center Learn how to make your very own pepper or salt mill in this hands-on workshop with instructor Matt Keim. Demonstrate the ceramic spindle turning at the dinner table this season with a seasoned flourish and become a holiday hero! $92 plus a $25 materials and lab fee. Barter Fest @ The Juice Box Attend this share and swap to ease your pocketbook this holiday season. Decorative Cookies class @ Kitchen Conservatory Instructor Mary Ann Robinson helps participants bring beautiful holiday cookies to the table with this hands-on class, which includes everything from painted cookies to cutting out gingerbread. $45 per person. Register online. 5 to 7:30 p.m.
