Friday (June 22):

Yappy Hour @ I Scream Cakes Celebrate "Bring Your Dog To Work Day" by bringing pups to Cherokee Street for complimentary beer for you and half price scoops for your pooch. 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Grub & Groove @ Francis Park Try out food from neighborhood businesses like Bartolino's, The Mack, Mathew's Kitchen and Onesto to the tunes of Fanfare and Well Hungarians. Admission is free. 5 to 10 p.m.

Friday Night Flights @ Butterfly House Sample international cuisine from various local restaurants any Friday during the month of June while butterflies flutter by. This week features dishes from Yemanja Brasil Restaurante with live music from Javier Mendoza. Admission per person (21+) costs $35; $25 for Garden members. Saturday (June 23):

PrideFest 2012 @ Tower Grove Park Enjoy the largest festival of its kind in the area with plenty of outdoor dining options including Cameron Catering, Sweet Meat Stix, and a fleet of food trucks including Hot Aztec, Lulu's Local Eatery, Sausage Syndicate, Zia's Italian Food Truck and more. Admission is free. Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Crawl for the Cure @ Great Grizzly Bear To support the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, simply partake in a crawl through six Soulard bars, complete with food and drink specials. $20 per person. 11 a.m.

Smoke Out Saturday @ International Tap House - Chesterfield PM BBQ smokes a whole pig on site, served up with ITAP's pairings including a cask of Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier and Stone Smoked Porter on tap. Admission is free. Noon to 6 p.m.

Great American Backyard Campout @ Backwoods Gaze at stars, partake in a tent glow, camp out at the store or home, and nosh on a breakfast of coffee, juice and donuts. Free. 5 p.m.

Sunday (June 24):

Bridge Birthday Bash and Bicycle Ride @ Old Chain of Rocks Bridge; Madison County, IL The Old Chain of Rocks Bridge celebrates its 83rd birthday with a Trailnet-sponsored bike ride, beer, blues, cake and ice cream. The cost is $8 for members, $13 for non-members, and $3 for children. 7:30 to 10 a.m.

Fiesta in Florissant @ Knights of Columbus Park Tacos, empanadas, pan dulce and Bolivian shish kabobs are only a few of the options available during this two day celebration. Enjoy a Jose Cuervo margarita or Miller beer while browsing folk arts and crafts, sending kids off to enjoy pinatas and puppet shows, witnessing live folkloric dance and more. Admission is free. Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Sustainable Backyard Tour @ St. Louis yards and gardens View a variety of fifty yards and organic gardens to spur on your own sense of urban homesteading, whether it be keeping chickens and bees or harnessing homegrown herbs.
