Cask-aged beers were tapped on Saturday afternoon at the International Tap House in Soulard (1711 South Ninth Street; 314-621-4333), as part of the third-annual Firkin Fest. (Firkin being the term used to describe a cask of beer). In total, thirteen casks were tapped -- five casks were tapped at noon, and four each at 1 and 2 p.m.
If you missed the festivities, photographer Theo Welling brought back these photos of delicious beer-porn and a few other images from the scene at iTap on Saturday.
