B&T Pizza

1131 Washington Ave.
St. Louis, MO 63101
314-621-2400
Website
Though its sleek, chrome-heavy décor is a good fit for its loft district location, B&T Pizza finds inspiration in the pizza of New York and New Jersey. (B&T is short for Bridge & Tunnel, after all.) Individual slices are large, the crust is thin -- but not too thin: you can still fold the slice in half for the hurried, grab-and-go lunch hour -- and there’s mozzarella to spare. Tired of choosing among a laundry list of toppings? B&T offers fewer than ten, including pepperoni from St. Louis’ own Volpi.
